FleXfit offers instructor-led classes focused on strength training and conditioning. Our instructors will help modify the intensity of these classes to fit your abilities and goals. Read more about the experience below:

Beginners

  • minimal experience with formal training,

  • body weight, image, and strength concerns

  • lack of confidence in training

Experienced

  • at least 6 months of formal training experience

  • successful, but seeking to reach the "next level"
