Ninja Jr (age 4-5)  

WORKOUTS: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:15-5pm     Wednesdays 5:15-6pm     Saturdays 10-10:45am

  • Ability appropriate obstacles and challenges

  • Introduction to tumbling and climbing

  • Introduction to core training

  • Attention training

  • Listening skills

Ninja (age 6-8)

WORKOUTS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 5-6pm     Saturdays 9-10am     Sunday yoga 8-9am

  • Ability appropriate obstacle course and challenges

  • Introduction to multi joint training

  • Body weight strength and conditioning

  • Balance, footwork and coordination

  • Core fusion training

Ninja Sport (age 9-12)

WORKOUTS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 5-6pm     Saturdays 9-10am  

  • Ability appropriate obstacle course and challenges

  • Introduction to age appropriate functional strength training

  • Introduction to high intensity conditioning

  • Agility and speed training

  • Strength and cardio fusion
