Kids Fitness Academy (5-12)

Our gym offers several classes for kids that focus on keeping them healthy and happy. Our classes are designed by an NJ educator and coach and exercises are adjusted in intensity based on the child's ability and provide developmentally appropriate challenges.

Kids Classes

Ninja Warrior Bootcamp

Duration: 60 minutes

Day: Monday - Thursday, Saturday

An instructor-led class, in which kids are trained to complete obstacle courses and challenges, which are tailored to their ability. Includes age-appropriate training for balance, coordination, and strength.

Chilren During Physical Education Lesson

Youth Sports Training

Duration: 60 minutes

Day: Monday - Thursday

An instructor-led class focused on enhancing speed, agility, and footwork. Good for developing discipline, focus, and sportsmanship.

School Kids Meditating

Yoga and Meditation

Duration: 40 minutes

Day: Saturday

Instructor-led class for yoga and meditation that focuses on reducing stress and improving mindfulness.

Kids Membership Plans

Fitness Academy

A long-term membership with recurring monthly payments. Must commit to at least 3 months.

Options:

  • Once a week - 5 classes/month

  • Twice a week - 9 classes/month

  • Unlimited - unlimited classes/month

Class Pack

A one-time purchase of a fixed amount of classes that expire in 3 months. 

Options:

  • 15 class pack

  • 20 class pack
