We offer classes for adults and kids! All classes are instructor-led, and all exercises can be modified to be fit your current fitness level.
For Kids

Youth Sports Training: Speed, Agility, and Power
Duration: 40 min
Days: Monday to Thursday
A 60-min instructor-led class, which consists of a weight lifting and high intensity cardio. Workouts are designed to burn fat, increase muscle, and improve overall fitness.

Ninja Warrior Bootcamp
Duration: 60 min
Days: Monday to Thursday, and Saturday
A 60-min instructor-led class, in which kids are trained to complete obstacle courses and challenges, which are tailored to their ability. Includes age-appropriate training for balance, coordination, and strength.

Yoga and Meditation
Duration: 40 min
Days: Saturday
A 40-minute instructor-led session for yoga and meditation that focuses on reducing stress and improving mindfulness.
